Experienced and Creative Music Producer
Hi, my name is Filip Killander, and I work as a project manager and music producer at KMR Studios in Uppsala. Since 2020, my full-time job has been helping artists write, record, and release their own music – something I’m truly passionate about. In addition, I assist companies, filmmakers, and other creatives with various production solutions. Outside of my work, I have my own artist project where I write, produce, and release my own music, which is something I absolutely love doing.

In recent years, I have produced, mixed, and mastered over 200 songs that are released on Spotify as well as other music streaming platforms. In these projects, I’ve collaborated closely with the artists over extended periods, building strong relationships to help them discover and refine their unique sound.

I work from Studio A at KMR Studios, one of the few certified Dolby Atmos studios in Sweden and the first one in Uppsala. It features speakers from Genelec, microphones from Neumann, an acoustic piano from 1888, an acoustic drum set, a wide selection of string and wind instruments, as well as an extensive library of digital instruments.

The sound format of the future is here, and we are one of the few studios north of Stockholm offering a certified Dolby Atmos studio in Sweden. Creating music in Atmos is not only a creative experience – it’s also a strategic choice for artists. It sends a strong signal to the world, record labels, and reviewers that you are serious and at the forefront.
